Ms. Carter joined Gladstone in November 2022 and leads asset management activities in the Midwest region.  Before joining Gladstone, she was an asset manager for a publicly traded REIT as well as for private real estate investment and development companies.  During her 20-plus year career Ms. Carter has managed the financial performance of over 10 million square feet of multiple asset types to include office, industrial, retail and life sciences.  Her experience includes leasing, financings, capital planning and execution, and dispositions.  Ms. Carter received a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from George Washington University, and a B.S. from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Finney began working at Gladstone Commercial in 2018 joining the Asset Management group.  Prior to joining Gladstone he worked at other publicly traded REITs where he was responsible for implementing corporate policy initiatives, overseeing leasing and property management.  He has seventeen years’ experience in real estate asset management, managing large portfolios consisting of multiple asset classes, including industrial, office, retail and laboratory properties.  Previously he worked for Fortune 500 companies where he gained a broad background in corporate finance, accounting and credit.  He received a B.A. in Economics from Washington College and is a former CPA.

Mr. Yayac joined Gladstone in August 2018 and currently leads asset management activities in the Northeast and Southeast regions. Before joining Gladstone, Mr. Yayac worked as an investment analyst at the University of Michigan Investment Office, where he helped perform due diligence and analysis on investment opportunities. Prior to that he worked at The Vanguard Group. Mr. Yayac has an MBA from the University of North Carolina, where he graduated with a concentration in real estate, and a BA from the University of Delaware.

Ms. Tamashiro joined Gladstone in August 2021 as the Senior Property Administrator with the Asset Management team. Prior to joining Gladstone, she was the Community Director, Resident Account Coordinator, and Resident Service Manager for a 425 unit apartment community where she was responsible for leasing and property management.
